Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Bright Flower Sydney, we value our customers and aim to deliver the highest quality products. However, due to the nature of our products—especially fresh flowers and perishable goods—please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Our refund and return policy applies within 30 days of purchase for eligible non-perishable items. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Fresh flowers and floral arrangements

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Health and personal care items

These items cannot be returned due to quality, hygiene, and safety reasons.


Eligible Returns (Non-Perishable Items Only)

For items that are eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Returns must be approved before sending items back

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Damaged, Poor-Quality, or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in preparing and delivering every order. If you receive:

  • Flowers that arrive damaged or in poor condition

  • An incorrect product compared to your order

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After review, Bright Flower Sydney may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A partial refund

  • Store credit

Claims submitted more than 24 hours after delivery may not be eligible for compensation.


Refunds

Once your return or claim is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider (posting times may vary)

  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or promotional items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Gifts

  • If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a store credit may be issued once the return or claim is approved.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping (Non-Perishable Items)

For approved returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for high-value items
