At Bright Flowers Kirrawee, we offer professional flower and gift delivery services throughout the Sutherland Shire and surrounding areas. To help us meet your expectations, please review our delivery guidelines below before placing your order.
⏱️ Same-Day Delivery Cut-Off Times
To qualify for same-day delivery, please place your order before the following cut-off times:
- Residential Addresses:
- Monday – Saturday: Order before 2:30 PM
- Sunday: Order before 2:00 PM
- School & Business Addresses:
- Monday – Friday: Order before 10:00 AM
- Weekends: Delivery available for select businesses only.
🕒 Delivery Windows (Monday – Friday)
Orders placed for same-day delivery will arrive within the following timeframes:
- Standard Delivery: Delivered anytime by 6:00 PM
- School Hours Delivery: Delivered anytime by 2:30 PM
- Morning Delivery: Delivered anytime by 12:00 PM
⚠️ Important Note: We cannot guarantee same-day delivery to schools for orders placed after 10:00 AM.
💳 Delivery Fees & Upgrades
1. Standard Delivery Fee
- Calculated automatically at checkout based on distance.
- Applies Monday through Sunday (excludes Public Holidays, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day).
- Please note: Specific arrival times cannot be guaranteed with Standard Delivery.
2. Priority Delivery Upgrades
Need delivery within a specific window? Add priority delivery at checkout:
- Morning Delivery (by 12:00 PM): +$9.99 (in addition to standard fee)
- School Hours Delivery (by 2:30 PM): +$4.99 (in addition to standard fee)
3. Express Delivery (“Delivery By” Service)
- If you require urgent or time-bound delivery, we offer an Express Delivery service for an additional $20.00.
